In 2007, Sundeep Patel set out to solve a problem he'd seen across industries: people struggling to learn new software and processes, while organizations struggled to create effective training materials.
The traditional approach—lengthy manuals, dense documentation, or expensive video production—wasn't working. People learn best by doing, but most training materials were passive.
That insight led to iorad: a platform that makes it easy to create interactive, step-by-step tutorials that guide users through any workflow. Just capture, customize, and share.
